30 minute slots, intended to be 20 minutes of presentation and 10 minutes of Q&A.
If you want to use handouts, we recommend bringing 75-100 copies.
For slides, sessions chairs will collect all slides in advance in order to facilitate smoother transitions.
One hour slot, intended to be 40-45 minutes of presentation and 15-20 minutes of Q&A.
The poster session will take place in the Instituto de Investigaciones Antropológicas lobby, a long semi-open area.
Intended poster size is 36" x 48".
Posters will be mounted on boards of 90 x 220 cm (35.4 x 86.6 inches). Take this into account for the orientation opf your poster.
